History

Erik Nates Euro Hockey was established in 2003 to help players in lower New York and Long Island hone their skills with small, specialized clinics and personalized instruction. We have since expanded with programs in upper New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Georgia, retaining our focus and commitment through structured camps and clinics with no more than 5 students per instructor.

Thanks to the expert guidance of founder Erik Nates, who played Division 1 hockey at Iona College and has taught for more than 15 years, we bring knowledge, passion, and professionalism to each of our programs. We’ve shared our love of the game with thousands of hockey players—some of whom have gone on to play for NCAA Division 1 and NCAA Division III teams, and have even been drafted by the NHL—and we look forward to shaping the skills and careers of young players for many years to come.
