Mike brings both experience and enthusiasm to his position at Erik Nates Euro Hockey. He grew up training under the teachings of ENEH since the company’s inception in 2003, and has been working as an instructor for close to 20 years, teaching and reinforcing the proven skill development methods that Erik Nates Euro Hockey provides to the next generation of youth hockey players.
Mike has been involved in coaching hockey, both at the high school and youth levels, for over 10 years. During that period, he coached at Pelham Memorial High School and Iona Prep. In 9 seasons with Pelham he helped them to four Section 1 titles, four NY State Regional Titles and two New York State Championship Titles. In his first season back at Iona Prep, Mike guided the Gaels back to the top of the CHSHL, winning their first AA Title in 17 years. He was later named 2024-25 Lohud Journal News Coach of the Year.
Prior to coaching, Mike played junior hockey with the New York Apple Core program & then college hockey at the club level for New York University, winning a National Championship at both levels. He graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Sports Management and a concentration in sports law.
